The Inside Scoop on Skandasana with Maddie (6 minutes)

Skandasana can be a wonderful hip opener and hamstring stretch! It's also a pose in which you have to listen to your body to find ease and balance as it is a deep side lunge. Maddie will help you to find a version of Skandasana that works for your body. We hope that you find this video helpful too as you learn to cue Skandasana for your students.

Use yoga props, such as the wall or blocks, so that you find safe alignment and better stability.
