Recommended Yoga Practice - Yoga Flow with Julie - Mindful & Twisty Flow (40 minutes)

This is our first recommended yoga practice for you! An essential part of yoga teacher training is helping you to build a regular, meaningful yoga practice. With each module, we will include a recommended practice for you to try, but feel free to do any meaningful, joyful, quality yoga practice. We recommend practicing yoga at least three times per week during your certification program and beyond.

Yoga Flow with Julie - Mindful & Twisty Flow
(40 minutes) Grab your favorite yoga props. This is an even-paced practice for a wide-variety of levels. Julie will encourage you to listen to your body and tailor your practice to your needs.
